If you're living in the south area, one of the struggles we normally deal everyday is the abnormal traffic in service road. Madalas tuloy, late kame sa office! Haha. But thanks to the traffic, while walking last Friday night we discovered this newly opened restaurant in West Service Road named Cuccina Rossi.

They say, don't judge the book by its cover. So we gave this Italian Restaurant a try. Sa una, mukhang hindi pagkakatiwalaan dahil bigla nalang may restaurant sa ilalim ng billboard at walang kumakain. Haha!

As we enter the place, bigla namin naramdaman ang pagka-cozy and relaxing ng ambiance. The restaurant is well ventilated and the fixtures are well-arranged. Medyo artsy din yung mga decorations specially yung mga lights.

According to their attendant, Cucinna Rossi just opened last August 27,2015. The resto is approx good for 30-40 pax and it has no wifi connection. Haha.

Okey, let's start the food review. During our dinner, we ordered the following:

Cucinna Rossi's version of Tomato Shrimp Pasta is truly masarap. The pesto sauce and olive oil didn't overpower the tomato sauce. Saktong-sakto lang! We also requested for extra Parmesan cheese. :)

If you're an avid fan of seafood, Marinara Pasta is for you! A mix of shrimp, mussel/ tahong, squid and fish fillet topped with Parmesan cheese - a delightful meal for your seafood and pasta craving! 

Lastly, we had Roasted Rosemary Chicken for carbo loading! This is my first time to try roasted rosemary chicken but I've tried a roasted chicken using lemongrass (or tanglad) in our province. Medyo powerful lang nang slight yung rosemary leaves but overall, masarap naman Rosemary Chicken. Not bad for P185.00.

Aside from chicken and pasta, Cucinna Rossi is also offering pizza and all-day breakfast. We will visit this place again and share with you our new food discoveries!
