Bańh Phó Vietnamese Kitchen and Cafe

Before the year ends, we decided to discover new food places in Sucat Paranaque. One of our discoveries is the Bańh Phó Vietnamese Kitchen and Cafe.

Since we don't have any idea about Vietnam and their culture, we take the risk and try this newly-opened restaurant located at Ground Floor of Park and Shop Center in Sucat Road.

The place is quite small. I guess it can accommodate up to 20pax. Medyo awkward lang dahil the space is too tight para mag-ingay kami ni Atria. Medyo nakakahiya sa mga katabi. Haha

So here's my quick review of Bańh Phó Vietnamese Kitchen and Cafe:

✓ Pros

Bańh Phó is a cozy place, perfect for an intimate dinner.

The food is really authentic. Plating is good and the ambiance is nice. Hindi yung masabi lang na Vietnamese Restaurant.

Suon Ram Man (P250.00)

The best meal for me is the Suon Ram Man, the Vietnam version of Pinoy Pork Adobo. It's sweet and they use pork ribs served in a clay pot. You can enjoy this for only P250.00. Good for 2-3 person.

Com Tay Cam Ga (P250.0)

We also had Com Tay Cam Ga, Vietamese rice topped with vegetables, chicken, and mushrooms. Served in a clay pot as well, it's good for 2-3 person for only P250.00.

Hu Tieu Xao (P200.00)

For pasta, we tried their Hu Tieu Xao, stir-fried flat noodles with shrimp and pork. This reminds me of Thailand's Pad Thai. Good for 1-2 person for only P200.00

Attentive waiters. This is the best part actually! :)

Free parking for Park and Shop Center customers.

✗ Cons

The place is hard to find. Medyo tago siya sa location niya. The nearest landmarks are Santana Groove and Caltex Gasoline Station. From Skyway or SLEX Sucat exit, drive towards Sucat Road going to Baclaran. Park and Shop Center is in front of the big Max's Restaurant on your right. Diba, parang treasure hunt lang? :)
