Every year, Cabanatuan City celebrates its founding anniversary as a chartered city through a celebration dubbed as “Banatu Festival”. From its humble beginning in 2015, Banatu Festival aims to showcase the history, culture, talent, beauty and craftsmanship of Cabanatueños.
